Hosting by Cloudflare

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical connection data, including IP addresses, request times and requested addresses, to deliver and protect the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Optional TikTok advertising measurement

Measurement is available only when the operator has configured and enabled it. It starts only after you actively agree. TikTok receives events through its Events API. We measure views of this landing page and clicks on the software access button, which opens a Discord invitation. A click does not confirm that you have joined the server or downloaded any software.

The event payload includes the event name, time, a random event ID and this landing page's address without query parameters. If you arrive from a TikTok ad with a click ID (ttclid), that ID is included after you consent, to attribute the visit to the ad. We do not include your email address, phone number, Discord account details, browser user agent or visitor IP address in the event payload. The connection between our servers and TikTok also generates technical connection data.

The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) of Germany's TDDDG). For information about TikTok's processing, retention, recipients and international transfers, see TikTok's privacy policy. We do not keep our own persistent event database.

Storage and withdrawing consent

Your choice is stored in the ascend_consent cookie for 180 days so we can respect it. A TikTok click ID is stored in this browser tab's session storage only after you consent and is removed when you decline or withdraw consent. We do not load TikTok Pixel scripts or external fonts. The preview video is served directly from this website.

You can withdraw consent at any time through “Privacy settings”. We will then stop sending further measurement events. Withdrawing consent does not retroactively delete data that was lawfully sent before the withdrawal.

Opening Discord

The software access button works without measurement consent. Once you open the Discord invitation, Discord's privacy policy applies. We do not receive confirmation of your membership through this landing page.

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to complain to a data protection authority. Contact us at the address above if you have questions or wish to exercise your rights.
